If you have a question generally about a document please email us and we will reply. Please be aware though that we cannot advise you on the suitability of any particular document to your circumstances.
If your query relates to a difficulty in downloading a document, then please note that you will receive an automated email (to the address you specified in the order) which will contain a link to enable you to download the document again. This link will be valid for 24 hours. If you still have difficulty after this then please email us and we will email the relevant documents to you
Please remember that all our documents download as a zipped file - you need a utility such as WinZip to unzip the file. If you do not already have this then a shareware version (which will be sufficient to unzip the file) is available by following the links from our web site. Alternatively Windows XP has a built in zip utility. Once unzipped, the vast majority of your documents are in Microsoft Word format.
