A number of terms are implied into a partnership by the Partnership Act, 1890,
but these are generally considered to be inadequate and so two people in
business together need to have some further document to regulate the terms
between them. This template partnership agreement is designed to regulate in a
fair and equal manner the relationship between two equal business partners.
